Nactis Flavours joined Nactarome Group in January 2020, majority-owned by Ambienta SGR, the Europe’s largest sustainability-focused private equity investor, with focus on industrial growth and investment in companies driven by environmental trends. This new step allowed Nactis Flavours to reinforce its strategy on food & drinks market, thanks to extensive industrial capabilities and R&D departments, resulting in a large portfolio of natural solutions. This integration also enabled Nactis Flavours to implement its business strategy towards new geographical areas.
In this context Synarome, our fine chemicals subsidiary, has joined Sozio Group, a renowned French company founded in 1926 by the Fraysse family has specialized in organic synthesis, distillation and the creation of fragrance specialties. The product portfolio addresses a broad range of applications mainly in fine fragrance and functional perfumery compositions and gained fame by recreating animalic notes without the use of animal products.
